I didn't particularly want to post, but I don't want to sleep and Im loading the 2nd episode of Freaks & Geeks. Great little show, only spat out one season though =[ but it has all those funny people all you kool cats seem to like (who's new work I dislike), por ejemplo Seth Rogen & Jason Segel ..okay I thought there was more..but I recognized like half the cast which is a lot since i dont know famous people.

Its set in 1980 in a highschool =] filmed in 1999

OHH and i got SUPER excited when I realised that the bully is the dumb blond chick from Cougar Town lol

..except =[ because I shouldn't be watching on ninjavideo. It eats my downloads like crazy...or I'm going to blame that, because b4 it came along I was watching entire series over 2 or 3 days plus so much more and having downloads to spare.

So I was also just playing the soundtrack from Repo! The Genetic Opera. The movie itself was pretty MEH apart from some of the costumes and ONE song.

Painfully catchy.
But kurt gave me the rest of the soundtrack, very good quality might I add, and I accidentally listened to the rest of it. It was actually good, not seeing the movie at the same time let me appreciate the music more. There's only one song which bugs me, the one the chick sings. It reeks of a 14 yr old girl not getting her way and acting out. Which...was what it was meant to portray, so I guess, well done. BUT still super annoying.

Speaking of other "dark musicals", SWEENY TODD <3 I loved that so much for a good...2 months, where all I could do was listen to the album on repeat. I collected all the lyrics and would sing them overrrr and overr and over again XD
Now it bugs me *sigh* but I still enjoy the music teheee

I was also watching Foamy The Squirel with Tim earlier. I've come across it on youtube b4 but..yes, sometimes funny ^.^ sometimes slightly disturbing and hard to watch.

My net is increadibly slow right now, im kind of scared...
I really hope it's just because I'm loading Freaks & Geeks...eep

So today I had my 3rd driving lesson. I don't know why its so..not scary now. :S Like it hasnt been at all since I started the lessons...its odd. I feel too detached ..
ANYWAY. that is all ive payed for SO now i need mum to take me...geh.

I finished Dr Who, i guess I will keep watching it, not because I liked it all that much, only because Tim loves it...and there must be something interesting about it, heaps of people like it...i didnt despise it..so yeah. The girl is cute though =] Stupid red head..lol I think I will forever have a complex now, Tim loves them lol

Picked up Tim and went to Parra with mummy so she could get her uniform, meanwhile me and tim went to the army surplus store and some sex shop with very rude attendants =.=
Got zeh foods, came back home.

Tim was playing the trailer for...something..new movie, and the backing song was by A Perfect Circle. Haven't listened to them in ages. It reminded me of Alex...*sigh* EVERYTHING reminds me of him. A lot of music I hear these days seems to be related to him in one way or another, or EVERYONE is called Alex. Or ill meet someone who sort of looks like him =[ or someone will say something he used to say...or just sound like him.

but tim's great =] he cheered me up really quickly <3 he seems to know just what to do.

Dropped him off and here we are.

I spent a large amount of time earlier reading up some BDSM blogs, and some stores online, GAH if only i had money. I saw the HOTTEST underbust leather corset with harness..I WANTS IT. beh
but even if i fell into some cash today there are a BUNCH of things I need to do first:
Save for a Car
Put money aside for aly's clubbing bday thingo
Money aside for joels drunking week at santuary Point
Money aside for hellfire (btw i really wanna see one of the acts coming, it sounds pretty awesome)
BUY CLOTHES + SHOES

beh...i suppose it's time to start going to places and applying directly...eww
I guess i'll go to livo?

BTW jelly wrestlinggg, i don't want to participate at all =.= i do, on the other hand, want to drink copious amounts of alcohol and have a good time. Which is fun and all...but i wanna DRINK with friends..and not be preyed on by older men who can move their hips wayyy more than normal.

lol im sitting in my room, all the lights of the house are turned off, mums asleep and I hear my gate CLICK open...but I didnt hear Leo's motorbike...so i freaked...my first reaction was to turn on my light but thats on the other side of the room...so Im getting up...when i hear my bedroom window (right next to the gate) start to slide open...i freeze..my heart starts racing...I HEAR NO NOISE but the menacing sliding open of my window and rustling vertical blinds. So i say hello....:S
and guess who's head pops out.

lol the bastard. he was down the road dropping off some Loud! stuf and decided to freak me the fuck out. BUT to be honest, i have been more scared...lol

In the old house, i was in my room, again everyone's asleep, all lights off but my bedside table, its 4am and I hear these two guys OUTSIDE MY WINDOW (i had a fairly large garden b4 the sidewalk so it was more scary that they were IN my garden). One's yelling at the other and threatening him, so is the other for causing a scene, something to do with drugs and money being owed. Something about the cops. And threatening to kill one another. Scary but FASCINATING. i sat under my window listening for at least half an hour to their messed up conversation hoping they wouldn't shoot each other and it would go fru my fibro walls and hit me..lol I also thought hmm..maybe I should call the cops...but then I thought, y break it up, this is FASCINATING. Id rather die in an interesting way than be bored that night. So i listened until they gave up, and they promised to meet up again the next time, same time to settle the score. I WAITED UP FOR THEM THE NEXT NIGHT...they never came =[

either way, i LOVE you tim. and for some odd reason, i enjoy being scared. DO IT AGAIN. make it better next time =]

So one day I was hanging out with Kurt and we realised that there are some pretty wacky sayings in the spanish language. Each Spanish speaking country has their own sayings, metaphors and similies but these are a few that I have collected over the last year or so. Every time I hear my mum or grandma say a new one I text Kurt XD It has become somewhat of a little tradition for me now =]

Saying: La negrita astuta vende fruta.
Direct Translation: The (Astute, cunning, sly, crafty, fraudulent) cute/little black girl sells fruit.
Meaning: This saying is said as a sort of warning that you are/someone else is a cocktease

Saying: No calientes el agua (si no vas a tomar té)
Direct Translation: Don't heat the water if you're not going to drink tea
Meaning: This is also a sort of warning to someone who is being a cocktease. Kind of like, don't flirt and lead someone on if you have no intention of hooking up with them. It is also a play on words because in Spanish (Chilean at least) the word calentar (to heat) is also used informally as a way to say 'make horny'. So 'estoy caliente' = I'm hot BUT it means I'm horny. If you wanted to say I'm hot (because of the weather) you would say 'tengo calor'

Tongue Twister: Tres tristes tigres trigo trillaron tranquilos tragaron
Translation: Three sad tigers, wheat they threshed (To separate the grain from the straw or husks by mechanical beating), calmly they swallowed.

Tongue Twister:Pedro Pablo Pérez Pereira pobre pintor portugués pinta paisajes por poca plata para pasar por París
Translation: Pedro Pablo Pérez Pereira poor Portugese painter paints landscapes for little money to pass through Paris.

Saying:Buscarle la quinta pata al gato
Direct Translation:To look for the 5th leg of the cat
Meaning: Looking for problems when there clearly aren't any in that situation, so you're over thinking it and overcomplicating yourself.

Saying: Para ser bella hay que ver estrellas
Direct Translation: To be beautiful you have to see stars
Meaning: I'm guessing this is a fairly old saying because my grandad said it to me once, I kind of fell in love with this little rhyme/mantra. It means that no pain is too great to endure in order to look your best, this particularly refers to women having to wear painful shoes (stilettos) because it makes their legs look hot, wearing tight clothing to show off curves, waxing, plucking, dying hair, and I suppose nowadays you could extend that into getting cosmetic surgery. Just to clarify, my grandad wasn't a dick, I remember the saying coming up because we were watching a show with really attractive women and I was in awe of them and he explained that constructed superficial beauty comes at a price =) Oh and if you don't get the imagery, it's based on seeing "stars" when you hit your head/get dizzy, like if you've ever seen the cartoon representation of stars around the head when they get hit.
